Deskripsi Internship
- Bertanggung jawab atas rekrutmen host sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan
- Menyelesaikan KPI rekrutmen perusahaan tepat waktu
- Bertanggung jawab atas negosiasi gaji dan manajemen host dengan host
- Tipe host : penampilan, bakat, (produk non-penjualan)
- Bekerja sama dengan operasion untuk mempertahankan host
Benefit Internship
- Kisaran gaji : (Rp 8.000.000 - Rp 9.500.000)
