Internship Requirement

Deskripsi Internship

• Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create, enhance, and maintain Qwiik products. Contribute to the development of new features and improvements by gathering user requirements and market insights.
• Product Deployment: Working with the existing product team to gather requirements from new and existing customers to enhance and deploy the product across multiple countries.
• Customer Relations: Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training materials to assist customers in utilizing our product effectively.
• Product signoff: Participate in final signoff and quality assurance for product launches and releases.
