- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Administration, HRM, or Informatic System
- Interest and enthusiasm for data
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer literacy (Ms. Excel)
- Communicative and able to work in a team
